Polyclinic Navigation Design

In my recent project, I tackled the challenge of improving navigation at a local Polyclinic. Recognizing the difficulties faced by visitors, especially in the context of routine check-ups, I set out to streamline the experience. By introducing clear signage and a user-friendly approach, the aim was to reduce the learning curve for individuals navigating the facility. The focus on simplicity not only benefits those who visit the Polyclinic independently but also contributes to a more efficient and enjoyable experience for all. Explore how this initiative aimed to enhance accessibility, reduce congestion, and ultimately improve the overall visitor experience.
Now, let's delve into the creative journey of translating these goals into an engaging and informative comic.

This project is a non-commercial, educational initiative created for the purpose of showcasing design and communication skills. The use of actors' names, such as those from the movie "Piku," and references to the film itself are for illustrative and creative purposes only. There is no intention to misrepresent or claim any association with the actors, filmmakers, or creators of "Piku." This project is an independent endeavor aimed at exploring innovative ways to communicate design solutions and improve user experiences.
The stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test guided the creative journey towards enhancing navigation at the public polyclinic. In the "empathize" stage, we delved into the experiences of visitors, understanding their challenges and needs. The "define" stage helped crystallize the problem, leading to a focused exploration during the "ideate" phase, where innovative solutions were brainstormed. Prototypes were then developed and refined in the "prototype" stage, culminating in real-world testing during the "test" phase.
Thank you for exploring this project with me. If you share a passion for enhancing user experiences and believe in the power of thoughtful design, I'd love to continue this conversation.
